The World At Night (TWAN) Workshop 2010

Ever wondered how these photographs were taken? 



     

A FREE workshop on a very rare area of photography, landscape astrophotography will be held for FREE at the National Planetarium on 4 & 5 December 2010. Registration starts at 9AM, 4 December. Not only that it is FREE, meals are also provided.

But be quick because this is open only for the first 55 people!

Sekarang berada di Planetarium Negara, sesi kursus TWAN  sedang berlangsung.

It was a really good TWAN workshop organized by bro Redzuan and team from Planetarium Negara.

We had fun looking at the great photos by William and other astrophotographers.

We also had fun poking and teasing each other!! hehe 

The daytime event was done inside the smaller theaterret (how to spell?) . About 35+ participants mostly from photographer group attended.

ONLY 5 FO members yang attend.. mana pergi yang lain?     It was a FREE workshop some more!! isy isy isy.   

Anyhow thanks a lot from the photographers, meet lots of new friends and future  breed of astrophotographers of Malaysia.

The blending of Amateur Astronomers and Amateur Photographers of Malaysia is truly on full gear now! Thanks to the tireless effort by Redzuan   

The BEST part of the night was we had PERFECT STARRY NIGHT during the night class! Almost all members (minus me-lah), managed to get really nice photos of Orion, Big Dipper and cool star trails!!

I like the Milky Way over Canis Major towards Carina.

Tapi pelik ... ada banyak pulak nebula merah kat kawasan tu!
