Not bad. Ada gambar lebih besar untuk tgk?

Tak pasti kenapa gambar dia grainy sgt. mungkin sebab resizing atau sharpening. Most probably over-sharpen sbb kat edges bulan tu nampak that white line around the perimeter.

Was this stacked?

After this mungkin nak try stacking punyer process pula, so dia sharpen guna best parts of multiple photos. Dia tak ganggu noise level.

Steps (apa yang saya buat):
- Burst Continuous >50 images - bleh cuba dalam JPEG dulu untuk testing
- upload masuk PC
- stack guna salah satu software (Deep Sky Stacker atau Registax) - DSS simpler.
- adjust levels of the final image dalam DSS
- save stacked image in TIFF 16 bit.
- adjust levels lagi dalam Photoshop
- sharpen (unsharp mask) sket dalam photoshop
- boleh try tukar color mode (grayscale) dalam Photoshop

Final image mungkin bleh dapat something like this.

apa ini overexpose  , very much so especially around Vallis Snellius area and Proclus crater.

Very common mistake either semasa   acquisition or post processing.

Hati-hati lah.

cheers

purposely overexpose, adjust dalam levels. Just my personal preference.

reason being, trying to get as close as the natural look thru the telescope. Dalam telescope, the Moon looks so enchantingly bright and beautiful...

Actual image is not saturated. but looks too unreal...

Here is the stacked version directly converted to JPEG, without level adjustments.... The Moon looks rather  gloomy cry... Personally, I don't really like it... Just me.

Mungkin lepas ni kene try HDR pula.  Atau ada cadangan lain? Satu lagi cara mungkin kene guna filter...

mungkin this is the problem

DSS stacks images based on finding stars. In fact it has got star counters informing you the number of stars in use.
Assuming your image has no stars DSS will probably not be able to stack them.
But try it will and maybe thus giving you the moon with darken Mares.
You then adjust the level of the dark mares in PS which overexpose the valleys and the craters.

You can trying Layer mask in PS or try Registax or other software that specializes in that sort of thing.

Perhaps other members can suggest other things.

my dua sen.

cheers

Baik boss. akan cuba guna registax. Previous installation of registax got problem. selalu hang lepas optimize... New version (dah lama jg sebenarnye) akan di-install dan hasil akan dibentangkan dalam topic ini semula pada minggu hadapan. Harapnyer dapat result yang saya inginkan dan juga menepati criteria penilaian yang lain.

Doakan semuga saya berjaya...

Anyways, result:

Will upload again (Full Size) after upgrading Flickr account...
