Roll the scope outside to the driveway. Aligned the  usual way using compass and iPad.

Very cloudy. Only Sirius and Moon visible.

Slew to Sirius. Wow true to marketing hype , Celestron pays attention for QC for Edge HD C11. The unit is well collimated.

Slew to moon take 3 frames and merge to form the moon. Shot through the clouds.



So the first light with the C11 is the moon grin

will take video at 7X weather permitting. Remember native focal length for C11 is 2800mm
