Closest approach 2005 yu55 asteroid pada 8hb nov.
Two factors:
1. The asteroid magnitude is 11 which cannot be seen by naked eye but maybe at dark sky and if you know where to look need telescopes of 4 to 6 inch (100 to 150mm aperture).
2. Competing with light from moon; full moon 10 th november. Meaning on the 8 th the moon will be visible nearly all night.
The chances of seeing is not so good. But if you are interested in following the orbital location of the asteroid
download
WinStars 2.0 After installation goto Internet>Update Orbital Elements>Tick Asteroids>Update now.
set your location and time to suit. Play2 with animation. Don't forget to click Observation>Find an Object> Solar system> Type 2005 yu55 for asteroid> OK
For KLon the 8th Nov 2011 around sunset looking West

ditto but looking East nearly full moon 20 deg high in the sky

hope that helps..
cheers
