Astronomy gears don't usually come complete. There are extras necessary to form a complete  working system

It is a hangover of the American system of marketing. Great for the manufactures and experienced purchasers but a trap for the beginner.

So unless you have required accessories be prepared to have an empty bank account.

Someone is going to say that polar scope is useless to us. But if it meant for travel then polar scope should be part and parcel of the item.
