Good effort. Tahniah.

Fokus, fokus, fokus..  grin

Betul tu. Fokus sedikit off.

Mostly love the autumn colors of #1.

Tak boleh lari dari natural Laws and current conventional wisdom to overcome it . Signal strength related to Exposure time must be greater than inherent noise floor. Current Low noise solutions are  low ISO, cooled sensors, big sensors, stacked pictures and using mathematical tools to reduce noise.

Also print and viewing sizes matter too. Generally images downsized for the web and small prints look so noise-free.

For record purpose use the highest ISO available.  Be prepared to have grainy pictures. Technology limitations katakan.

Don't expect Nat Geo standards at ISO 2500 for 15 sec. Also 10X 15 sec is not the same as 1X 150sec ceterus paribus. At 15 sec you can get away with the camera tripod, but at 150 sec you need a polar aligned tracking equatorial mount unless you want to shoot star trails

encourage amateur to take more pictures and don't be bogged down with irrelevant parameters please.

my dua sen.

SELAMAT BERPUASA.

cheers

Agreed on the sen-sen from mymoon. Am also aware of the gravity of expectation as pointed in the quote; hence the shot was left on short duration of exposures. Whats lacking are the experience on realism of expectation from the exponential amount of data vs shot exposures at a dark sky location.

Anyway, Selamat Berpuasa for those who observe the ibadah, and those who don't; enjoy shopping them foods @ pasar ramadhan near your location.

Sudah tiba masanya untuk belajar menggunakan DeepSkyStacker! Smiley

Stacking boleh reduce noise. Reading: http://www.astropix.com/HTML/I_ASTROP/SIGNAL.HTM
