Tommy

tommy,
Ant particular reason guna Pentax?
Selalunya orang guna Canon 300D or Nikon D70 for astrophotography Smiley

Some useful tips from Covington

Actually got now reasons at all.

Pentax is a good choice. My camera actually is not for real astrophotography purposes.  wink

Sebenarnya, every DSLR that got a B mode also can do astrophotography. But normally unmodify DSLR cant get the some of the nebulosity in M42 for an example. Becoz of the Ir filter block in of the CCD. What they do is take out the Ir filter and change a clear type screen into it.

Afterward, this camera only can focus on doing astrophotography. You need to screw a filter in front of the lens to do normal daylight nature photography. That's all.

Tommy
