The really REAL sifu is ourself. Everyone also can be a REAL sifu if someone really put effort into what they want to do.

This is the M42 photo taken on 5th December 2007. On that night, 8 of us comprised of Dr. Chong (USM Astronomy Club advisor), four of his USM students, Chin Teong, Ben and I were doing imaging and observation at my observatory at Balik Pulau, Penang from 10pm till 4am.

Other than the m42, we also took images of M31, M45 and comet holmes.

This is what we called good image. Bro, did u use DSLRfocus to get precise focusing?

Hahahaha......your image let me think of one of the superb M42 image from Wolfgang Promper. Same composition.....layering effect.... Smiley Good job!

Good!!! Processing still can be improve, I think, if the center part of the nebula is from the same 25 stacked frames....?
I love the color very much.
