sudah lama tak ambil gambar bulan. Got to live to my name lah.

here is the latest a 5 minute job for the two images. Don't have 30 minutes to fine focus.  evil

Use the live view of the D300 to max zoom and try to focus at the C8. shocked

The image jumps all over the place. grin

BTW with the Canon live view the max zoom is 10X  tongue



next a section of the moon uncropped. A single shot. Same technic. use live view for focussing at max zoom.




I leave it to you all to put the names. Moon geography was never my forte  grin

BTW the Canon reports an error when an extender is attached to the body.

Now where did I placed the 2X converter. Will try stack converters next and images stacking.

Tomorrow night weather permitting will take some more pictures. afro

"Perang" yang sesuai perlu ada...utk meningkatkan taraf pengambilan gambar bulan.
Ini mengingatkan saya 10 tahun lalu, I dan beberapa orang kawan berkongsi cara ambil bulan melalui emel. (Guna film oh...)

Mengambil gambar bulan melalui C8 memang satu cabaran. Kalau ada crayford focuser dan colimation teleskop bagus, I rasa dapat gambar bulan lebih bagus daripada ni...dengan syarat cuaca baik.

cuaca kat pelabuhan Klang mmg dah baik pon,,kita berada dlm monsun barat daya skarang ni....
