syabas kepada adik jazlan kerana berani mencuba.

to prevent shake  you need a thin spacer to rest and keep the camera lens from hitting the telescope lens and for centering the camera lens with the scope lens. You can make one from a lowly plastic milk bottle cap and a piece from Kodak film canister. Then if this afocal photography is your cup of tea by all means go buy a photoadapter.

you must first focus the telescope on the moon and place the camera against the said ring and shoot. Composition is via the LCD screen on the back of the camera. Set camera to MACRO mode.

Shutter speed must be sufficiently high to stop motion and camera shake. Usually you shoot with Aperture Priority with the aperture opened fully and let the camera set the highest shutter speed possible. ISO set to 200 or 400 again to help prevent camera shake. Best achieved  by setting everything to Auto mode and if camera allows Auto ISO too.

Best to practice at night with a lighted distant building or street lamp as they unlike the moon will not move. Play2 with your camera settings until you get a good picture. cheesy

Then go for the moon.

Selamat mencuba.
